THE MAJORCAN ORGAN
From Castile, F.Chapelet brought back a case which was about to end its career on a rubbish dump.It was the only furniture existing in a church doomed to demolition. He cleaned it,restored it and had an instrument built in the Majorcan style by G.Grenzing in 1978.
The case dating from 1736 is made of very well worked pine wood which has never been painted.
